Client-ready onboarding

The first 30 days, managed around your practice.

Implementation is paced around documented scope, high-level business decisions, practice approvals, and third-party setup milestones—not patient data or patient-facing system access.

Days 1–7

Audit + baseline

Confirm high-level lead sources, current business handoffs, practice-approved conversion rules, staff escalation contacts, third-party requirements, and the aggregate conversion baseline.

Share only high-level practice and business implementation details with LeadForge. Do not submit patient information, protected health information, clinical details, scheduling details, or lead details through this site.

Days 8–14

Document the approved scope

Document the implementation scope, required practice approvals, third-party responsibilities, and business rules before configuration begins. The practice retains control of every patient-facing system and activity.

Days 15–21

Manage the agreed conversion path

Coordinate the documented business workflow around ownership, response expectations, missed-opportunity recovery, and aggregate measurement. LeadForge does not handle patient communications or scheduling.

Days 22–30

Validate + optimize

Validate the business workflow, establish a de-identified aggregate reporting cadence, and document the next conversion improvements and remaining dependencies.

The timeline depends on timely practice input, approvals, and third-party systems. Our implementation commitment applies only to agreed setup milestones.

If LeadForge has not completed the agreed implementation milestones within 30 days because of our execution, we will continue implementation at no management-fee cost until those milestones are complete. This is an implementation commitment, not a guarantee of appointments, patients, treatment revenue, ROI, or any other business outcome. It excludes delays caused by client approvals, required inputs, or third-party systems.
