01
What is The Implant Booking System?
The Implant Booking System is LeadForge’s managed, practice-approved implant lead-conversion service. We handle implementation, managed configuration, ongoing optimization, and de-identified aggregate scorecard reporting for the documented business workflow.
02
Is LeadForge an AI software subscription or patient platform?
No. LeadForge is a managed service, not an AI software subscription or proprietary patient-management platform. We do not provide a CRM/PMS, patient portal, scheduling product, or patient record system.
03
What is the standard price?
The standard managed-service rate is $2,000/month plus a $1,000 one-time implementation fee. Third-party software or licensing and advertising spend are separate from LeadForge fees.
04
What is the Founding Practice Pilot?
For the first two qualified implant practices, LeadForge offers a defined 90-day Founding Practice Pilot at $1,500/month plus the same $1,000 one-time implementation fee. If a practice continues after the pilot, the managed-service rate moves to the standard $2,000/month.
05
Who qualifies for the pilot?
The pilot is limited to the first two qualified implant practices. Qualification and the documented scope are reviewed through the Free Growth Audit before onboarding; availability is not a standing discount or an outcome guarantee.
06
What technology does the service use?
Your practice selects, approves, and pays for any third-party software or licensing. LeadForge documents and manages the agreed configuration process, but does not provide CRM/PMS integrations or operate a proprietary patient system.
07
Does LeadForge handle patients, appointments, or lead details?
No. LeadForge and MadeThis do not collect, host, or handle patient communications, protected health information, patient records, scheduling, or lead details. Your practice and approved vendors remain responsible for those systems and activities.
08
What does LeadForge optimize?
LeadForge optimizes the documented business workflow around implementation milestones, practice-approved configuration, accountability, and de-identified aggregate scorecard trends. We do not guarantee appointments, revenue, ROI, or any other outcome.
09
What will we see in reporting?
The public scorecard is illustrative. Client reporting is limited to agreed de-identified aggregate workflow measures; it is not a patient record, lead database, CRM/PMS, or clinical system.
